We use Google Oauth 2.0 technology to connect your account. All you need to do is click connect within the app, go through authentication process and select the data stream you want to connect. 

Trackwise app implements page_view, view_item_list, select_item*, view_item, add_to_cart*, remove_from_cart*, view_cart, begin_checkout, add_contact_info, add_adress_info, add_shipping_info, add_payment_info, purchase, refund. 

*Please note that these events may not work out of the box if there are customizations and/or 3rd party integrations that affect relevant buttons. In that case, please contact us.   

Yes, it is 100% compatible with checkout, thank you and orders status extensions.

Yes, Trackywise Analytics app can be used in all Shopify plans.

Trackywise app is compatible with most of the themes. However, if the theme is heavyly customized and/or modified by 3rd party apps, then some of the events may not work. Additionally, most of the speed optimization applications also negatively affect tracking. 

We do not currently offer Google Ads integration but we will have it in the near feature. 

Yes, if you use a consent management platform that has Google Consent Mode v2, the tracking will be GDPR compliant.
